Archdiocese of New York Sues Yonkers to Remove Landmark Protection from St. Mary's

The Archdiocese of New York and the parish's corporation, "Church of the Immaculate Conception" filed suit against The City of Yonkers, The City Council of the City of Yonkers and The City of Yonkers Landmark Preservation Board.  Filings were submitted on 11/14/2024 to the Supreme Court of Westchester County 

Westchester Records Online  Select "Legal Records," then enter "Archdiocese of New York" as Business Name.  Look for filings of 11/14/2024.  A fee is required to view images of the documents.
