"Archdiocese of New York secures cheap Midtown office lease"

The above is the header for this Google result from Crain's.  The Archdiocese of New York will be moving from it's longtime headquarters at 1011 First Avenue and moving into leased space across the street from St. Patrick's Cathedral.

From Crain's New York Business:

"The Archdiocese of New York's lease for a new 140,000-square-foot Midtown headquarters comes with a price that might as well be heaven-sent. The institution will pay just $45 a square foot for new space at 488 Madison Ave., according to a new report from bond-rating KBRA, or 55% below the area's average."

For those who can venture beyond the paywall: Archdiocese secures a bargain for Midtown office space
